Domtrac is used to create, process and distribute high volumes of documents at a high performance and fully automated. It is configured and run by specialist.
The core is its workflow engine and database. The workflows allow you to implement the processes needed to create the documents and distribute them to various output channels. Domtrac keeps track of each document’s status.
Domtrac uses a leading industry standard formatter – or alternatively any formatter of your choice – to create the documents and a post processor to group and modify the documents or to create output streams in different formats (PDF, AFP, PostScript) depending on the channel. Both of these products are optimally integrated in Domtrac, and the post processor can be fully configured in the Domtrac UI without the need in depth knowledge of the product details.
The workflow engine and the integration allow a fully automated processing and distribution of the documents to the desired channels.
For each channel, the system offers specific functionalities to optimally create and distribute the output.
