Mosaic eCase is a case management solution based on tasks, inboxes and a state machine to process your information. Thanks to the low-threshold entry via process definition by the business users, there is no need for time-consuming specification phases.

Just define the team inboxes and the basic process to start. With time, the super user can evolve the processes by defining the task list per case template.

Mosaic eCase is a sister product of Mosaic eDossier and both can be used independently or fully integrated within one single application.
