ELCA continues to grow at a rate of 3.4%.
ELCA Group keeps on growing in 2024, reaching a net turnover of CHF 339 million.
The ELCA Group has achieved a net turnover of CHF 339 million in 2024, which translates into a 3.4% growth compared to 2023. At the end of 2024, the number of its employees worldwide has slightly increased to 2’390, half of which are located in Switzerland.
Despite the noticeable market slow-down which impacted the ICT industry last year, our group keeps growing organically. I am very pleased for example with the performance of our cybersecurity and cloud business units, amongst others. I am also proud of the impact of our Sumex solution, which collectively contributed to CHF 500 million worth of cost savings for the Swiss national healthcare during this period. Additionally, we have reached a key turning point with Neosis, following the successful go-live of its full flagship solution i-Pension last year.
